Request deletion of your company account and data
Who Can Request Deletion
Account deletion is available to Account Holders (company administrators who originally registered the company account). If you are an employee or team member, please contact your company administrator to have your individual data removed, or contact us with your request.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your company account and all associated data, you can:
- Email us at support@fieldopsmanagement.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
- Include your company name and the email address used to register the account.
We will confirm your identity and send a confirmation email before processing the deletion.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Company profile and settings
- All employee accounts and profiles
- Time clock records and timecards
- Daily plans and route history
- Job stop records and task completions
- Crew assignments and vehicle records
- Photos and documents uploaded to the Service
- Messages and communications
- Client records and service locations
- Invoices and billing history
- GPS location data
- Notes and audit logs
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained as required by law or legitimate business purposes:
- Payroll records: We may retain payroll-related records for up to 7 years as required by federal and state tax and labor regulations.
- Payment transaction records: Stripe payment records may be retained as required for financial compliance and dispute resolution.
- Legal obligations: Data subject to a legal hold, ongoing investigation, or regulatory requirement will be retained until the obligation is fulfilled.
Deletion Timeline

| Data Export Window | 30 days from confirmation | Your account remains active so you can export data (payroll CSVs, reports, etc.). |
| Permanent Deletion | Within 90 days of confirmation | All data is permanently deleted from our servers and backups, except where retention is legally required. |
Before You Delete
We recommend the following before requesting deletion:
- Export your data: Use the export features in the web dashboard (Payroll → Export, Clients → Export) to download records you want to keep.
- Cancel your subscription: Go to Settings → Billing to cancel your active subscription first to avoid further charges.
- Notify your team: Let your employees know they will lose access to the mobile app and their accounts.
- Disconnect integrations: If you have connected QuickBooks Online or other integrations, disconnect them from the Settings page.
Employee Data Requests
If you are an employee or team member (not the company admin) and want your personal data deleted:
- First, contact your employer (company administrator) — they control your account data.
- If your employer is unresponsive, you can contact us directly at support@fieldopsmanagement.com and we will work with both parties to address your request.
- Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have additional rights described in our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation vs. Deletion
Cancellation stops your subscription and billing, but your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. Deletion permanently removes your account and all data. If you just want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead.
